Michael Carter has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's degree in sociology. In both programs, his primary interest was in clinical psychology and family systems. Mr. Carter graduated from Hastings College of the Law in 1983. Mr. Carter has been practicing family law, exclusively, since 1985, and he has been a California State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist since 1991. Mr. Carter’s practice is generally limited to family law consultations and the representation of family law clients in mediation, collaborative law, and other settlement oriented dispute resolution processes. |
